These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PowerIRLBot (the “Service”). By creating an account or connecting a platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PowerIRLBot provides chatbot, alert, moderation and stream-automation tools for live streamers across supported platforms. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
2. Your accounts and connections
You are responsible for the streaming and Google/YouTube accounts you connect and for complying with each platform’s own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You must have the right to authorize PowerIRLBot to act on the channels you connect.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to send spam, harass, or violate any platform’s rules or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
4. Data & privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information, including data accessed through Google/YouTube API Services.
5. Availability & disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for losses arising from stream downtime, missed messages, or platform changes.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
